Options:
Level up to 40, relevel by 1 lvl, lvl up by 1 lvl, get gold, buy stuff, fighting NPC's, arenas for PVP and more.
For change the appearance:
At the starting area, say - Set X. The X is number of the appearance. Note: CEP appearances start from 1000.
Go see the spell changed in the module description in the game.
