Description
The Nature of the Beast Part I. Lake Glimmermere
by W.Nichols
After a hard season working on Barleymans Farm you find yourself packing up to leave. Winter is closing in and you have decided to head South to the big city of Port Last.
The snow is already falling, time to pick up your wages before you leave the Farm for good.
Note: Designed for level 1 characters of any class. Best suited to good or neutral alignment.
You should reach level 9 or 10 by the end.
The Main quest of this series will not become apparent until you reach level 7 or 8.
Please read accompanying document for more details.
To be continued in The Nature of the Beast Part II. Port Last.
My thanks to everyone that helped me out on the forums with this project.

Yeah u need cep 1.52 or 1.53 too for modules that uses an older version of CEP since they use a different TLK file.

I have cep 2.0, should I get 1.52 as well?

I've just tried to run this module and it won't load... says it's missing required custom talk table?

So far good gaming experience - but: how do I open the password door on top of the abandoned tower to release the gnome from stasis ? Second - the side quests are far too hard, especially the rakshasas in the lodge and the elven crypt. At the moment I am level 8 fighter, henchies level 7 (3 including the gnomish thief) and no chance. Not enough gold or valuables found to equip them all properly (rings, belts, etc.) Both the ranger dealer and the the gnome in the hut crash the game when asking for the new inventory/discount. Please help ?!? _________________________ Carpe Noctem !

I love the mod, but need help. It's probably something easy. In the Abandoned Tower, how do I open the secret password door on the top level? The diary doesn't say anything.

Good series of short adventures, the main plotline is a good one too. It could use some mark points more as the forest of the deer-girl. SPOILER The sarcophage where you place the items in the crypt could use a unbreakable. First time I played was detroyed when I decided probe my new scepter of thunder and lightning

A challenging mod, often too challenging as I found myself stuck often with seemingly no place to go (it turned out to be a bug or two). Combat was interesting enough, but the storyline is a little thin and the henchmen have little to say or contribute outside a second sword. Made me hungry for crabcakes.
