Description
The life of a soldier of Mynt is dangerous. Every day the men and women who man the Line that holds back the Nightblighter hordes face danger and death, but even that life is blessed when compared to their commanders. It is the leaders of men who face the toughest decisions. It is they who choose the sacrifices that must be made for King and country, they who decide which soldiers live or die. It is they who send the letters of condolence home to bereaved families. And it is they who must live with decisions that quite often get their soldiers killed. This is the life you have chosen, Captain. As the commander of Highridge Garrison, you are responsible for charting the course of action that keeps your country safe. The men and women under your command depend on you to make the right choices for the right reasons. And it is one of those tough choices that you must make today.
Forget one advice : it would be excellent, if possible, to give good/evil/law/chaos points in regard to the character's actions and choices.

Captain Odon Sansouci made the good choice and saved his town. The death of his men at his garrison was a necessity. Honor and loyalty are safe. I obtained the first epilog. I give a "8,6" for this short mod. My main complaint is the too important XP gained and the too quick leveling up. Why don't you set XP at 10 as usual and begin the game 4th or 5th level ? It is what I did for my play and I am satisfied : I gained one level ;) Two littles things : (SPOILERS below) 1/ I hardly pass the two guardians and try several times before pass them while they fight the skeletons... The only way I find (I had the mysterious branch in hand and hit the Sergeant with... ) 2/ One typo noted in the beginning dialog of the narrator, 3rd sentence, 4th line : "...for it it does..." (instead of "if it") Well, good job on this but a little too short ;) and too many XP :p

Wow its 2.30 in the morning and I should be in bed but ive just finished this mod and I loved it, gave it an overall score of 9.2 because I loved the way it turned out for my character which was bad but who will now be a dedicated undead killer. If your reading this the mod is short but well worth it just wish I had boardband now so I could do some multiplay internet action with my new character.

I really enjoyed the dialogue and story line. It was a very interesting module and I liked the level of roleplaying involved. My only complaints are that the module was short (in other words, I'd love to see additional modules - longer modules wouldn't hurt either) and some placeables (crates, barrels, etc.) caused my character to get stuck in place several times. I eventually was able to move her but it was a bit frustrating. Spoilers * * * * * * * * * * * * The attention to detail was excellent. I loved that Captain Raine's father had been killed by Jak so she wanted blood. I also like that the skeletons couldn't and wouldn't attack you if you ran and stood near the various wood spirits. That was a really nice touch and saved me from having to reload a few times when the higher level skeletons were chopping my character to bits. I also liked that my character attacked the general after he killed the squire. The narrator telling the story was also a nice touch and I'd really like to see additional modules set in this world so the story could be expanded. Overall, it was a fun and immersive roleplaying experience. * * * * * * * * * * END Spoilers So when is the next module coming out? :o)
