You have discovered the secret of the Gem Tower and the way to the third and final part of your adventure lies clearly before you.
Your quest now takes you to the very heart of the land, to the Pyramid of The Ancients where lie the remains of Sesustris, the great Pharaoh who saved the land from cataclysm a thousand years ago.
This adventure is the final part of the Sands of Fate series. It is recommended to start this module using the character that finished Gem Tower. Such PCs should be around 35th level with equipment commensurate with this exalted station!
I have now included a deluxe walkthrough with colour maps as a separate download.
Many thanks to all those who commented on the many beta versions, as well as to those who created the custom content used in the module.
Now updated to CEP version 2.0 and includes the new Bioware 1.68 visible cloaks.
Note that if you already played Heliopolis and Gem Tower, you do not need to download the gemtower and pyramidancients2 hak files again.
This worked fine with 1.69 for me. Of the three in the series, this was my least favorite: I got tired of all of the dungeon slogging involved. That said, it still had some great moments and surprises, and was still a blast to play.

This is the most awesome series of adventures on nwvault! Way better than the original Bioware campaigns and a joy to play. John McA should publish the campaign world these modules are set in. I think this would make an equally fantastic PW if joined together. Thank you Mr. McA for your excellent addition to Neverwinter Nights!

Has anyone tried to play this with 1.69?

A great ending for a great trilogy! Truly an epic adventure.

I had all along that saga 2 henchmen by my side, with whom I finally entered the Mausoleum level 1. But, when a couple of days later, I was loading my last save game to finish with that story... and I have only one henchy left! And same story with all of my former savegames...? I checked on the walkthrough and it says I could have two with me until the end...? Weird. There is now that message that keeps saying I can only one henchman at the time... Very strange. _________________________ @ + jml, level 52 "Overgod? Is that like Supergod or something?", from "Citadel" "M?not shr this ishych u g?dea.", from "Prophet" series

You are both cruel and kind in equal measure: Your traps, puzzles and encounters were pure evil, your plot, dungeon layouts and scripting was genius. This mod was the most fun I've had in a long time!

The module OVERALL is excellent. The module even knocked me out of my 'grr, levels are everything' phase. It has great attentions to detail and I felt this series to be a wonderful way to "finish" the character which I had invested myself in ever since my OC. And as such, I reccomond it for everyone with similiar hopes for their OC character. However, I just arrived at the catacombs with the Terror and already I find the module turning.. well..south. The levels are getting tedious, the henchman never does want I want it to.. In addition, the wording for my objectives become increasingly more and more vague after the first module. It gets so bad that I end up resorting to using your walkthrough (which is top notch btw).

An excellent conclusion to a great module series. I really enjoyed finally uncovering the truth about why my character was sent to the desert world in the first place. Amusingly the greatest difficulty I encountered was figuring out how to open the door to the pyramid. I guess I've become so used to having the right key in my inventory that I didn't consider environmental "keys." Good fun!

0rion79 - And I suspect you are the kind of DM that likes things only when it is done 'their way'. Of course, I am only making the same kind of silly assumptions as you based upon the little we have seen. Oh dopey me....

Sorry, I truly have to change my vote upon completing the game. John McA, I don't know if you will ever read this, but chapter 3 has been one of the most frustrating, meaningless and boring RPG that I've ever played. I ended it because of the very good plot, but I suspect you to be the worst kind of Dungeon Master: the one that plays to win instead than offering a good challenge to players. What a shame... such a good plot wasted by so lame ideas like the corrosive water. From 7.45 to 3, this is my final rank! I can't really believe that this module entered in the hall of fame of NWV!
