This is a module dedicated to the new RPG "oblivion". I used some hakpacks in the making of this module. I packed all of the HAKs into one. Sorry I couldn't add lava into oblivion itself. +most of the creatures, actually drop things to aid you in your quest.
If you want to survive, download my semi-uber character in the character/updated section. It's pretty good for this module. _________________________ -Do not try to attain the power of a god, worship it.
I guess I took advantage of the fact that I have a whole Gig of RAM. Oops... _________________________ -Do not try to attain the power of a god, worship it.
I agree with Rocsharr. BTW,for those of you who can't stand the "Oblivion" Area in this module, next to the stairs is a hidden cheat-area transisiton thingy. It will take you to to the area you come to after killing Morgoth. I hope the reward is enough to satisfy people. _________________________ -Do not try to attain the power of a god, worship it.
Well, in NWN after each armed trap a rogue stops sneaking, in ES IV entering a new area terminates invisibility effects, in Bloodlines each and every dialog disarms the player char - that may be the stranfge understanding of some dsigners of game balance - glad that the latter two don't occur in nwn unless scripted - but sadly, all 3 have in common that their engines don't support mass scenes and ~ battles.
My sytem is simply too fast - so the 2nd area was filled with daedra in no time anda back to desktop crash occured in no time
This will be my first comment from anything on this website, other than emailing the creators and encouraging them. I wanted to respond to ericdoman's comment. Oblivion can not be replicated here, but it can come close with the story aspect. Stealthly walking around and assassinating someone with one shot and not driving others to chase you is something NWN1 cant do. I can be proven wrong, I bet. ;) I'm asking that you dont judge oblivion just from a mod. I like the replicas of games that the authors make, its alot of work trying to make it at least similar to what is presented. For Anubiseth, I hope this doesnt stress you so much that you will quit trying to replicate it. I am not writing this negatively as a note.
Took down a 10th lvl character and after entering the "lift room" in HOTU, I was confronted by 9-10 impossible NME. So died really quickly.
OK took down an uber 15th lvl wpnmaster and after about 3-4 hours (1 hour? spent killing Morgoth) I had reached max level, 40th.
As there were som many NME in area the game slowed down big time, even in the building with Morgoth. I have no idea what Oblivion was or is but after playing this mod, don't really want to find out.
Have a huge respect for first time author's and so do not wish to vote on this and hope Anubiseth may write more.

I'll test this tonight. At 1st looks interesting. You should zip or rar the files really because it a lot of time to download in the library....
Sorry, but I think that you should take this back to the drawing board and rethink and redo this. I used a level 12 fighter and in the first area, I was literally bombarded by... erm... something and kept dying and this AFTER I managed to off everyone. Not a good thing since I couldn't even get my character healed. Sorry, but I really think that this is a great thing but... I cannot justify voting for something that I cannot play (unless I use every cheat I can think of which takes away a lot.)
Oh btw: I mentioned WinRAR? Your HAK was 2.2 MB and the MOD was a whopping 62.2 MB. I shrunk them to 159 kb and 12.2 MB respectively.
@ Anonymous: A LOT of the mods I've DL'd didn't have screenies and I can safely say that they were worth the DL time! Sometimes an author or group opt NOT to use them. That's their option not yours or mine for that matter. _________________________ We are all born ignorant, but one must work to remain ignorant.

You really should try and zip these files or use WinRAR (which can be had at their site for free). I'll comment on the game when I get done. _________________________ We are all born ignorant, but one must work to remain ignorant.
