Nice try but I expected something better.
1. True the author gave us a snowy pass with somehow relevant creatures.
2. Beware that the random encounter AI may spawn stuff like polar bears and winter wolves ignoring the simple fact that these unrelated creatures (other than being predators) have no reasons to get along and even less to fight together. I would use wildlife encounters spawning either but not both type of creatures and make sure that the spawning points are distant enough not to have two groups appear at the same time.
3. Not sure what was the point of making these uber mephit (CR 26). My character was lvl 23 or 24 and had to deal with four of them (CR 104!). The trouble is that there is a bug/cheat making the creatures bypass any DR you may have from say a belt (tested with the three greater belts). Yet, the same creature was unable to bypass the DR of a Demilich for example.

I've been looking for a nice, simple, hack/slash mod. Even if you did intend it for imports :)
