This is a puzzle/adventure module. It is solely intended as such. There is no combat or heavy role-playing in this module. It plays in a similar manner as the Myst games do or Russ' The Crypt of Riddles. You are Suge Zerdolux, a traveler of sorts to come across the ruins of some strange complex. After finding a way inside, you begin to realize that you've stepped into a forgotten world surrounded in conflict, strange illusions, and puzzles. Your goal is to solve riddles, puzzles, and venture your way through many bizarre locations as you try to locate the source behind this madness, and hopefully put an end to this ancient mystery. There are three chapters which get more difficult as you progress. So, don't feel discouraged if you find the puzzles easy at first. Consider it a primer. Besides, you get to follow along a cool plot that backbones this adventure.
This is my first and last module for NWN. Future projects will likely take place in NWN 2. This module has been through months of planning, delays, testing, -data loss!- which set me back several months, and constant improving and expanding from what this used to be in another game. I certainly hope it was well worth the several years working on this. (Of course, that's on and off, as this was a hobby.)
Notice: The Suge Zerdolux character included with this module MUST be used. Any other character will not be valid.
** Please note, CEP 2 is required. **

Oh, if you mean the one that doesn't work, I found it, but I've looked all over the library. I can't make head or tail of the archives or the instructions. Is there something else?

There's a portal????????????

Did you find the portal that's in the basement down the bending hallway? It should be the one past the locked regular and locked yellow door. If so, then yes, you need to find something in library on the third floor that will help you use the portal. Look around the library -carefully-.

Ok, *sigh*, "spoilers": Little old stupid here is stuck again in Chapter 2. I have the box and the charged orb, but I can't figure out where to go from here. I'm thinking the library has something for the basement? But I can't figure it out. U. just says something like, "I'm tired. Work on it yourself." I will rate it, I will, I will. I just have to finish it.

I think I was confused. Sorry.

I'm talking about the door you go through to get to the gate you have to bash, the one at the bottom of the stairs.

This makes no sense. The door that is located in the same room as the conversion station does not open and close on its own unless you went through and completed the puzzle that is found just past the gate you had to bash.

I'm not talking about the basement door, either. I'm talking about the second floor of the castle. The door to get up to the second floor can't be bashed. The gate at the top can. The door to get up to the second floor is sometimes closed and sometimes open, and I haven't figured out just why or how, but it cannot be bashed. Believe me, I've tried.

I'm not talking about the locked basement door. There's something written on it that says what opens it. I'm talking the second floor of the castle.

What's confusing is that the lower door can't be bashed.
