This module was originally made because levelling modules available at the time didn't have the features I wanted. I also wanted something to test code on while developing for the PRC.
Note: This was originally made for personal use, so the documentation may not be so great. Comments/suggestions welcome.

Version with merchants removed for faster loading, if you don't intend to use them
Override hak containing a dummy file, contents may be replaced with whatever you feel like using.
How long is it taking you? Did you wait a few seconds in the character selection screen? If it's still caching chances are you don't have the PRC database files. I forgot to add, questions/bugs should be posted in the PRC forums for faster reply.
