While I don't mind if someone publishes "only" item collections (I actually like those), then the items should at least be somewhat original and - even more important - functioning. Multiple +1 bonuses to Constitution on the same item are absolutely useless since they don't stack. This and other things clearly show the creator's lack of knowledge about NWN.
