Description
Sigil burns.
The memories of the Great Upheaval are still vivid in the minds of many Cagers and, once again, the balance of the City at the Centre of the Multiverse is in peril.
The crisis started when a man, Molluus, became the new factol of the Doomguard: he asserted that the duty of his faction was no more defending the city from its fate, but, on the contrary, spreading Entropy everywhere.
While the other factols gather to discuss about this new philosophy and the Harmonium launches his assault on the headquarter of the Doomguard, can the last of all the Sinkers determine the fate of his factol, his faction and Sigil itself?

Nice.
- Molluus and few others have no portraits
- "our" plans should be "their" plans in Remarde's convo
- "defeaten" in Gryphos convo _________________________ Thanks Rolo:)

The mod is short, as announces, but really well done! The story unfolds with unexpected bifurcations in an atmospheric planescape setting. I hope the author sometime builds a longer mod starting with the same background story!
Thank you for your review! :)
As you've correctly pointed out there is a clear lack of puzzles; my main focus was the atmosphere and the storytelling: designing original locations and creating interesting NPCs. Probably I actually missed one of requirements of the contest (riddles & puzzles) :P
Bye!

I love the atmosphere of this mod. I never played Planescape (P&P or Torments), but after playing various mods like this one, Demon, In The Footsteps Of Dante and The Nature Of A Man I start to think that PS might be one of the most interesting campaign settings around.
Whatever, this mod has a nice told, interesting story and is one of the highlights among the contest entries. Maybe it will not score too high in the contest, because there seemed to be a lack of riddles and puzzles and the mod clearly emphasis storytelling, but it is a real good module,
If I could, I would have used PS:T music or similar ones, but I thought I had no rights to use them neither I am a great musician so I can't compose similar musics :P
--> SPOILER END SPOILER

I'm not an expert on Planescape, but it reminded me a lot of Torment as I recall it, with the conversations and general mood. The ending was very gratifying, but I think there may be more than one? I suppose you would have used the music from PsT if the rules had allowed it? Overall, this is a great contribution!
Thank you for your review! :)
About the movie files you are right: they are probably a bit heavy considering that they contain principally only text (there are few frames in which a faded image appears ;)), but I think that those words are fundamental to create the right atmosphere and to link the beginning of the story to the end.
Thanks again!

The Area design, ambient pc, setting and plot are all really good. Even though they had nice words I don't really understand why you would make movie files with just words. Seems like a waste of space.
