Not all of us use p2p software, so please include the haks whenever you're posting new material. As long as there are no viruses in the archives, the vault will host it. This looks interesting, but I'm not going to setup a p2p client (I have to configure my router for that) just to play a mod. I'll check it out after you've uploaded the haks.
I have managed to download 41% but it seems no seeders are available any more. This is stupid. _________________________ Carpe Noctem !

I finally tested it. (The torrent link worked for me, even if it took me me 5 hours of Download)
My impressions :
1) positive :
- Fun, fun, fun !
- Very well done maps ! It's not a module, it's a reconstitution of the original game. The npcs, the armors, etc are very close to my remembering :P
- Very good ambiant settings, sounds, and musics.
2) Negative :
- It's too easy, you can respawn at will at the place you just died.
If you're planning to make un update, you should make the player restart at the begining of each map, with a reload of all the monsters.
-There's a "bug" in the starting place.
You actually do not start the game at the begining, but at the 8th stage.
I supposed you had to test some stuff and forgot to place the starting point at the first stage.
(I've corrected it, and I'm going to play again from the begining this time :P )
this is sad. can't get the haks. the game looks goods. if u make a mod and want folks to play it. it would be kewl to put ALL FILES here. _________________________ John Futrell
The problem isn't with being unable to grab the torrent file (the pointer), but that there are no seeds for the file at all. So I point my Torrent downloader using the provided torrent file, but no sources are ever available.
It's probably better if you just put the required haks up on the vault. If it is a custom hak (and some probably are), then put them up. If it is an existing hak on the vault just point us at them. Thanks! Dyin to play!

Excellent idea !
You can't imagine how many coins I've spent in this arcade game !
I am also a great Sega genesis fan.
This would be awesome to make other conversions, like Phantasy Star II or Shining in the darkness.
I am currently on other projects, but I hope one day I find the time to do this.
I am just posting a comment as I did not try the game yet, but the videos look very close to the ambiant of the original game.
Just one point, if you want.
I can give you a script that makes the little pixies juping backward when you hit them and drop an item at their former location. Just for the fun !
I'm very impatient to test this !
