Description
Banished from Neverwinter in Chapter I for Dereliction of Duty, Lady Aribeth was reconciled with the Church in Chapter II and is now awaiting your decision as to whether she will be a Monk of Ilmater, Cleric of Helm, Champion of Torm, or Paladin of Tyr once again. She will then have four quests to complete for the Lord's Alliance. This module sees her through these and completes the story cycle.
"Jackknife" - My regrets on the issue. Try spawning in "DW_IT_RECALL". The one from the OC won't work in this module. You should have received it from the avariel cleric when you picked Aribeth up from whichever church you joined her to. Sorry if the thing somehow didn't work right. I hope the rest goes OK for you. Best regards - DWM

Hi I'm enjoying the module series but I seem to have run into a bug I can't avoid. I never got a new 'Recall' stone after the one in Chapter 1 inexplicably disappeared. Now I'm at Thamaxyls outpost, I've reported to Aarin, HE and Sharwyn departed, Tham departed... And I'm stuck. I leave Pendragon to get back on the boat and there's no way back to the main game area I have no recall item, spawning in a Recall Stone from the main campaign didn't work so... help a guy out.

Loved the first two, mostly through III. So far extremely good. Cons are so small that they are immaterial.

DWM - Thanks for your replies. I tried it again and the same thing happened, (the Hieress and the diplomat, no troubles with the undead rebels this time). Is "SurrenderToEnemies" a DebugMode command? I'll give it a try. Otherwise the adventure ends a bit early, I suppose. Too bad, I really liked it! Thanks!

"podcat" - Oops, I didn't read your comment carefully enough. I see that you were able to get past the Necromancer. The two turn hostile, huh? Boy, that's a new one on me. Sometimes, if Aribeth gets killed and you use a resurrection spell on her, it resets all the factions. Otherwise, if you know how to use in-game commands, you can try a "SurrenderToEnemies()" command. I'm not sure if it would work, but it might be worth a try. Otherwise, all I can think of is to replay that part of the game again and hope the faction issue doesn't repeat. Apparently, something in the "Merchant" Faction got messed up and the resets I put in at the Necromancer's (did he talk to you - he's supposed to - or did he just attack?) didn't work. Arrgh! Again, please accept my regrets. I hope you are able to work it out since it would be a shame to miss the finale by this point. Sorry about this. - DWM

"podcat" - I think the issue is the autosave upon entering the area. Don't use it to reload. If you have a save before that, please try it and replay the area. I'm not sure what happened otherwise. There may also be a variable problem since the Hieress (pronounced high-er-ess as in a female hierarch rather than someone inheriting something - sorry if that's unclear) are not supposed to show up until after you have dispensed with the Necromancer. The Walkthrough document in the readme file tells you how the scene is supposed to work out. Also, the group that joins you for the battle are supposed to disappear once you have dispatched all the enemies in the area and then approached the Necromancer's fortress. Again, refer to the Walkthrough. Sorry about your difficulties and thanks for your generous comments. I hope it works out. Alas, the thing got a little shaky towards the end. My poor programming skills, I fear. - DWM

Hi. First thing I wanted to thank you for this terrific series! It's a hell of a ride. I can only imagine how much work it took to bring this into being. ***Spoiler Warning*** On a side note: In the area around the Necromancer's fortress I hade a problem with the formerly friendly resistance group turning hostile. I kind of muscled through it, but after killing the Necromancer, the Heiress and the diplomat are also hostile and I cannot proceed. I saw bits in other comments about adjusting faction settings, but nothing has worked. Is there anything I can do to proceed or is this it for me? Thanks!

Hi Daniel. Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for a wonderful set of modules. I grabbed NWN Diamond around a month ago, played through the campaign (nwn only)...and found the ending a little too abrupt. I stumbled onto your work completely by accident and decided to give it a try. Wow...I'm still working through Part 3 but it's bringing the Neverwinter Campaign to a far better ending than the original series. A few of the other comments addressed some of the issues I ran into (Aribeth standing still in some battles, a few grammar issues), so my note is just to convey the thanks of a an appreciative gamer for wonderful series. --Zarniwoop

"Faramir_Storm" - Sorry to take so long responding. Somebody's advertisement appeared right after your comment and I was waiting for the webmaster to clear it off. Since then several others have joined so I guess there's no more cleaning up of this space. Nevertheless, I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your kind words. This was hard work and it really feels good to hear from those who enjoy the final product. I wrote what I like and am gratified to hear from others who share my tastes. Of course, it's fun and challenging to hear from others who see things differently. I may get the chance to write something of this sort again some day - I don't know. I have some theological work I'd like to dabble in for now - and of course, my job is curently pretty all-engrossing. If I undertake more of this sort of thing - and it was a fun release - I'll post a note here. Thanks again for your kind thoughts. Best regards - DWM
