The World of Amon at its heart is an epic love story. Players are invited to right the horrible wrongs that spawned the very society they awake into.
Players will journey over four continents and beyond to reunite the sundered lovers Amon and Alise. The free people of Aikolund hang by a thread, and players are awoken in hopes that they might aid them in their cause.

On 9-10-09 I officially turned off all the World of Amon computers. This page will be the final resting place for my work. I will miss having it there to log into and remember, but four servers is a bit much to run 24/7 to cling to what was.

My thanks to all those that encouraged, helped, tested, inspired, and influenced the creation of Amon. I wrote Amon to bring friends together, and that is my greatest hope for its release.

I was 'around' in many forms on Amon. Even got a character named after me. Or better yet, I was cloned. It was very close to real life. ;^)
Thanks Craig for the many many MANY hours of fun friendship and hospitality. You sure changed my view on virtual life forever.
I still play 'World of Amon'. I really do. It's not as much fun as the live version but still awesome to travel. And I still discover new stuff.

I had the pleasure to play this world live and it was one of the best I've played. The people and DM's were great, random giant monsters in a normally calm city, Late night dungeon runs to save someone, good times. Unfortunately it was at the end of it's live age and I had little time to explore all of the wonderful world that it is. I'm glad that it is posted here so that I, as well as others can enjoy it as long as we want. Anyone who enjoys NWN will love Amon. Thanks Ren and all those who made it all possible.

I had the good fortune to DM on this world when it was live. This is a wonderfully creative story/quest driven world. It has some of the best areas I've ever seen in a NWN world. Ren did a fantastic job with this. You will never find a more fulfilling quest driven world for NWN - ever. Thank you Ren for the great story and for allowing me to be a part of this wonderful game place. I have lots of good memories from Amon and lots of good friends - some I still see, others I miss dearly. I'm so glad Ren posted it here so it will never die.

For those of you that missed Amon while Ren was hosting, I hope you find the joy and wonder his world provided to me and my friends in his published module. It is a work of art and storytelling in the truest traditions of PNP. Ren, you will be in my heart and prayers for many years to come. Take care friend, may our paths one day meet. Until then, thank you for sharing Amon with us. You have done what you set out to do. Bring friends together.
well cant get it to work keeps tellimg my im missing 2 haks ceps_race.hak and ctp_bio_fix.hak i down loaded the 22cep full that installs everything and the 1.5 ctp so hane no idea what to do now. and the help on this site or should say lack of help got to love it
