"The labyrinth holds mysteries unfit for mortal eyes. Mysteries of eternal life. Of sudden death. Of sorcery and betrayal. Its shadows hide deadly traps, its puzzles tantalize. And from the caverns below, your lost master, Mordamir, calls for you to save him ..."
TIM is a revision & reimagining of the 1990 adventure/ puzzle game, "The Immortal," by Will Harvey and Electronic Arts. TIM is an adventure and puzzle-based module designed around resource-management and problem-solving skills.
TIM features all the classic game's puzzles and several other features, many of which may be downloaded separately, including:
Models from over 20 community authors (see Manual and Hak notes for full list)
"Classic" and "Expanded" versions
Music from Amiga & Sega versions
Custom-coded items with unique powers
Unique monster AI
Detailed manual and hint book
Complete walkthroughs of all levels
All files are included in a single .rar below. An included read me file includes instructions for installation. There is no walkthrough for the "expanded" module in the manual, but there is a hint-book in-game.
Please feel free to leave feedback below.
Warning: This module will require trial and error. Your PC will likely die several times before you get a puzzle right. Be aware that most items have only 1 or 2 "correct" uses, though there may be several "red herrings" that will offer you a chance to use a plot critical item too soon. If this happens, you will die in a later level. The Labyrinth is harsh, and only the brave or foolhardy dare walk there.
If something isn't working how you expect, try different things. The main puzzles do work - but there is often a limited number of specific methods for doing them. If you get really stuck, check the hint book. Oh, and you can also read any walkthrough of the original game if you only want to complete the "classic" module. If all else fails, post here.

Thanks to everyone who commented over the years! For the time being, I don't have time to keep up with responding to comments, bug-fixes, and so on, so I only thought it was fair to close comments until I could actively respond to them. Until then, enjoy the module!

Happy gaming!
