It appears that most of the people failing at activating Subraces changes either didn't un packed the dll's in their general nwnw directory, or in server config file didn't add a "/" at the end of their servervault path.
Bad way : "C:/BioWare/NWN/servervault";
Good way : "C:/BioWare/NWN/servervault/";
Don't forget to install Leto.
Everything should be fine.
Updated with 2 missing dll's.
Download them for successfull Subraces / and other various features leto related.

Ok so a buddie of mine directed me to this module.
Im not a fan of Arena type, but i like good works and im naturally very curious.
And i certify that this .MOD is really crazy, full of nice little treasures, the design is just so neat, all the colors are not too flashy, not excessive like on some other server.
Character managment is complete : relevel, delete, bank gold... and waht not.
Voting system is perfect and shows up as a dialogue at round end.
You start at level 40 and can choose between 18 subraces going grom goblin to Demi-Golem, all with balanced pros and cons.
hmmm... what else... 20 rotating maps with nice names :) and very very nice design.
I think that guy took a lot of time to create maps, with precision etc.
i'll just leave a 10/10 and say GOOD WORK. GOOD DAMN WORK !
