This is the final edition of my 1.69 Character Creator Module Series, this is my finest work to date, and comes with a lot of work I've never released to the Public!
As someone that does some building and willing to incorporate community work, what exactly does this provide and why would I want to use it? I need an explanation of what it is, does, how it does it so I can decide if I'm interested. Thanks
I dunno what's up with this, but a lot of the portraits is just a blank white portrait and I've added every override file there is, how come I am still missing a dozen of portraits? also does this one come with new heads?

This isn't a teach you how to build module, either you know what you are looking at or you don't, neither was this a module designed for beginners, all of my content is in there, it's a preset module, not really much work to do other than modifying the include scripts and migrating code for the module event scripts from your old module...
You will either use my base starter module to build upon or you won't...
