The long trek from Mirolta has left you feeling rather tired and weary. You'd pay anything now for a bowl of warm, filling broth, a plate of rabbit stew and a pitcher of Serbeskian ale to wash it all down with. Upon reaching the outskirts of Illenti, there is a tingle down your spine. Something is in the air, and you can sense that something is not altogether right. It is as if there was a gray pall surrounding the village of Illenti. Stepping up to the village gates, your hunches are proved right. The gate is locked. Just outside the gates are the impaled bodies and heads of humanoid creatures. In the dark light, you can't make out what they were, but the smell makes you nauseous. You can smell bloodlust in the air, and hear the sounds of fighting going on inside the village, as well as shouts and screams. What is going on here? With some amount of trepidation, you decide to knock on the gates. You lift your hand and... (abridged)
There was a vague "Oriental Adventure" flavor but I do prefer the previous version.

quicksaving can crash if you are using a custom portrait. Not all custom portraits - some of them work fine. This has been documented quite well in the Bioware forums, if you would like more information on it.

Alright then, seems like no other problems.

Alright, now that I know that your comp's specs are like
mine...hmmmm...anybody else got trouble with the quick-save?

Well i can tell you right on the front that its not my
computer because: 2.6 ghz 256 mg rdram, gforce 4 128
mg ... the thing is that i can quick save 'g' on any other
mod but it freezes on your mod. I will try to just run
through the mod without saving or just try saving the
normal way.
Thanks anyway

Dear Crave,
Well, upon your request, I did check it out. I must have
quicksaved like 10 or 11 times, by repeatedly pressing 'g'
in the starting area, and the one after that. I got no
problems, no crashes. The game worked absolutely fine with
me, on my computer.
I'm not a pro in this type of things, I must admit. I let
several of my mates try this, and they too encountered no
problems.
What are the specs of your computer? Maybe the problem
lies there. Alternatively, try normal saving the game. you
don't need to save at all, in my opinion. If you play on
normal, which I do, there's no need for saving at all. But
anyhow, do let me know how it works for you.

Ok i'm definitely encountering that same problems of
saving. It keeps crashing. This doesn't happen with other
mods. Can you please check it out?

Ok I just saved and suffered a crash (quicksave) just
started the mod and picked up a few weapons from the wagon
and i pressed 'g' and froze at the end of saving and crash.
Never happened before but i'm goign to try again.

Yes, Crave. This is the introduction. Happy playing!

only 25-30 mins? But i'm guessing this is the introduction.
Sounds good to me.
