Intended for classes that can hold their own in physical combat. Spellcasters will want to keep at least one ranged weapon at all times. Trust me on this.

Mostly intended for good characters. You do a lot of stuff for self-preservation, though, so evil characters shouldn't object too much.
Description
Unhinging the Doors of Time is the conclusion of the two-part Evengale series (the first part being When Reality Loses its Grip). It's got some cool special effects, a gripping, character-driven story, and a generous smattering of wacky humor.

Original story but unplayable due to insane difficulty.
1-2: The module author did not take the time to fully test or check the module.

This one seemed to be broken in several places. NPC disappears, can't go the way you are supposed to, a quest doesn't complete when done. And never find anything to kill the bad monsters. Had some stuff coming into module that could, but nothing in module itself. _________________________ The road to Ravenloft is paved with good intentions.

An unclear journal entry wasted a little time, and too much running around the same areas, but other than that, a fine module. _________________________ Steve's Characters - please don't forget to vote on them if you play them.

Same problem for me, cannot go through the portal on my own, but Arianella is dead. She did resurrect once, but by them she was mobbed and so died immediatly with an error showing in my journal. Keeping having the same problem cannot get through that portal.

My problem is the same as azdour's problem.

This contains some spoilers.
Loved chapter one, gave up in chapter two in the illusion section. The Apparition told me that summoned friend (Arianella as it turns out) could not be harmed by the illusion only me. Well.... in this section she keeps dying after legging it from the building. After this she disappears and I can not go through the wind portal. Game over. No matter how many times I try to get her through from the building to the portal shes ends up dying along the way...

Okay. I found a bug in this module. I was playing the game as a Ranger and I found that if I talked to Kharne towards the end game, when I had my animal companion with me, Kharne wouldn't show up in "Elsewhere". If I unsummoned my animal companion before I talked to Kharne, he did follow me to "Elsewhere". Then I could finish the module.

Help! I talk to Kharne after killing the Juggernaut and he sends me to Elsewhere, but I can't get out. I eat the plant, put on the belt, but I don't see anything different. That's regardless of whether or not I destroy the stones. How do I get out of here? If I try to attack Kharne, instead of talking to him, he just kills me, becuase he's invincible.
Thanks, rawbee. Hearing from someone who liked my modules is always encouraging.
By the way, I'm currently working on an epic level post-HotU campaign. I'll post here when I'm close to getting finished. If anyone who visits this page wants some more specific information on it, feel free to email me.

I just finished both of the Evengale mods. Your reviewer makes all the necessary points in their reviews. For chapter 2 I was completely immersed in the story. It was like reading a great book where you can't put it down, and also not knowing what the heck is going on until the last chapter. Very enjoyable. Thanks for sharing.

For what its worth, I noticed that part of the problem I was running into with Deian seemed to be that he'd leap out and then when I made an area transition, within seconds, he'd appear there next to me. This didn't happen all the times, approx. 40%. I remember wondering if NWN was still treating him as a henchmen/companion for area transitions.
Just thought it might be part of the problem, although its not one that I really had a chance to look into myself.

Elizire-
Thanks for the advice. I just cracked open the module in the toolset, though, and Deian is supposed to jump back to the cave immediately after the conversation. But apparently he's not.
I'll work out some way around this later on in the week. I can't make any changes to the module now, since that will make it require SoU. And it would be kind of silly for a module to require SoU if it doesn't use any of its content. The computer back at home doesn't have the expansion installed on it right now, so I'll be able to make changes with it.
