I've been downloading these in sequence all day, and this is the first one that won't load. Is there a problem with it? I wait and wait, but neither the Viewlet nor the file download ever actually does anything.

I'm having a problem.. on this tutorial you put the corpse on top of the alter, but so far I haven't been able to make it do that. :( It just goes inside of the alter.. any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?

This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 15 that made this score of 7.72 then rounded to 8.

Its not a bug, before you can put something to a state of activated you have to first make it usable, try this.
Right click on the torch, goto properties and check the usable box, now go back and set it to activated and it should work.

I'm seeing the same problem as Larcen. Anyone know if this is a know issue/bug with the new 1.32 patch?
Posted by Larcen ( ..xxx.xxx ) at 2003-11-07 03:44:00
hey I actually have a problem with the torch bracket part, I cant get it in activate state, it just stays in default no matter how many times I click on it. I have even tried to save and come back. still the same...bug? I have the latest SOU 1.32 and all..?

I just recently got NWN and thought it would take forever
to learn how to build my own module. But these tutorials
make it easy. I'm looking forward to finishing all your
tutorials and getting started. Thanks for the time and
effort you put in them.
I have one question (so far). In this tutorial you discuss
placables. And when you paint things like the chairs and
crates there is a blue arrow pointing away from the object.
I understand what it is for and that it is important, but
for some reason I don't see the arrow when I paint those
objects. I do have the arrow for the exit of the mine
though. Am I doing something wrong? I clicked the Show All
button that looks like an open eye at the top. But still no
arrows. Any theories?

Couldn't agree more. These tutorials have gotten me started
on the editor, which I never thought I'd have the patience
to learn !
Rock on, Maximus !

All of these tutorials by Maximus are absolutely
excellent. They got me into the world builder and got me
hooked. They show how to do things completely without
skipping important steps or assuming you already know how
to do things (in which case I would not need the
tutorial). I have done all fifteen and am hoping for more!
