I think "Frustrated" there in the post below me must just be a moron... I mean its not hard to build a convo... In fact you can just PAUSE yes thats what those double lines mean after you hit that little triange is. And look at the convo and get a general idea of how to. This can help newbies, and "frustrated" you are not a semi-newbie.. you are the king of the newbs... you are so newbie that newbies laugh at you.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 14 that made this score of 5.72 then rounded to 6.

I was very excited about downloading this after I read all the comments about how good this "tutorial" was. Once I downloaded it however, I was very disappointed. This "tutorial" is a joke - it assumes that you already have your Conversation built and just need to setup the scripts for the Quest itself.
Being a semi-newbie this "tutorial" only confused me more. It doesnt tell you how to create the conversation, it only tells you what lines go where and in my opinion it isnt very good at it. This is NOT for newbie builders, which is what it would try to lead you to believe. If you're a newbie builder, dont waste your time with this...

I just practically learned what modules were a few days ago, and even a newbie like me can understand the tutorial, beautifully made, you made me stop and comment on it.. This is the first thing I have added a comment for. Nice job

Very useful Tutorial. I thank you so much for taking the time doing this. I've used it to make several Quests for my Module.
Thank you very much!

I agree, this was most informative. Thanks a bunch for
this great tute Wydraz, perhaps this will help me to get
over the hump when making quests. (when I watched Maximus'
tutes, I learned to use Local Variables for all my questing
needs, but that TALKTIMES script is much easier, since you
don't have to make a new Local Variable for each NPC just
to say you spoke to them once. THANK YOU FOR THAT! When I
get my PC hooked up again, I will give this another shot.
(I also have an idea for a useful NPC that I might upload,
but I'll tell people about him if/when I make him.)
I plan on checking out your other tutes next, so please
keep making them, there's always something to learn!
-Serve the shadows, as they conceal your attacks as well as
your retreat.

Yes, very nicely done. Not an expert on scripting by any
means, and this was a great way to learn how to put
together a classic "Step and Fetch It"-type quest.
Thank you for this informative tutorial.
