A video showing gameplay of 'The Witcher' as shown during an E3 2004 interview. 'The Witcher' is an action roleplaying game which is a total conversion of NWN using a licenced version of the Aurora engine.

�The Witcher� combines spectacular and visually stunning action with deep and intriguing storyline. The game is set in a world created by best-selling Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski, which shares many common features with other fantasy lands, but there are also some distinguishing elements setting it apart from others. The game features the player as a �Witcher�, a warrior who has been trained to fight since childhood, subjected to mutations and trials that transformed him. He earns his living killing monsters and is a member of a brotherhood founded long ago to protect people from werewolves, the undead, and a host of other beasts.

No pieknie - czekam na gre w realiach Sapkowskiego juz od paru latek, od kiedy sie ukazaly zapowiedzi poczatkow prac nad nia. Ile to bedzie? 5 latek? Moze wreszcie gotowy engine Aurora spowoduje szybsze wydanie The Witcher.

Niezle filmik wyglada - miejmy nadzieje ze gra bedzie warta wlozonej w nia pracy, a przede wszystkim warta prozy Sapkowskiego. BTW: zagraniczni juz ta proze powinni znac dobrze - szkoda ze wczesniej nie zainteresowali sie zrobieniem ekranizacji.

A tak poza tym, to jak na pierwsza polska ekranizacje fantasy mysle ze wypadlo niezle! :)

Pozdrawiam wszystkich milosnikow SF&fantasy na calym swiecie!!

Witam Wszystkich - Hello!
Mam nadzieje ze gra bedzie o niebo lepsza od filmu i serialu! Ze odda klimat swiata Wiedzmina i sztuke jego zawodu. Ze nie bedzie kolejna nudna rabanina!!! Czekam niecierpliwie... Moze po ewentualnym sukcesie na zachodzie doczekamy sie wreszcie prawdziwej realizacji filmowej prozy Sapka. Oby!
