The fact that the module is not for profit and/or carries a disclaimer is no protection at all. These are myths bred by the ignorance surrounding copyright and intellectual propety law. The World of Darkness isn't dead. Infact with the resurgence of the WOD this year White Wolf are more so going to protect their intellectual property. Infact you're more likely to have odds with Activision seeing as they have the sole rights to publish videogame titles based on white wolf's Vampire IP. By all means keep on trucking but do so in the knowledge that both White Wolf and Activision can demand you cease production and remove the files whenever they like. You have no defense because this is blatant copyright infringment.
