Vampire: The Prophecy tells a story of mortal men and women who find themselves transformed into vampires (or Kindred, as they call themselves). The Kindred divide themselves both by blood (into large extended families known as clans, which are traced from sire to childe) and by association (into powerful covenants, political groupings of like beliefs and outlooks). Personal rivalries, alliances and other distinctions complicate even these simple divisions. Ultimately, every Kindred must make his/her way alone through the endless night.

I actually enjoyed the hell out of that... in fact, I thought the video from whatever game y'all are talking about took /away/ from the NWN scenes... they were nicely interlaced with the movie, but it's obvious this author could have made do without them using NWN shots, because the rest of the little movie was so well done. Just my opinion.
Listen, this is getting ridiculous. This movie is for a campaign I am hosting, for the people interested in the campaign to get a feel of the atmosphere and the characters of the game. Now please stop concerning yourself with copyright infringement and other such matters related to this video, and continue this pointless conversation in private.
Thank you very much :)

But seriously, the person accusing the "author" of this video of copyright infringement was no doubt referring to the videos ripped from "Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption" and not the music.
It's not like they're making any money off it, and as long as the original creator is credited, who cares?

Libel; writing such an idiotic post using the name "William S".

Nicely done.. ;) Having just finished my first play-through of Vampire: Bloodlines (and heavily into reading some Anne Rice) this movie was right up my alley. Nice job!

It's been accepting applications for a week on NWC, so I'd say stick a fork in it.

About LARPers, that's the joke/prejudice nearly every D&D fan makes about white wolf games, how they are all played by live-action role-playing pasty-faced goths who start really believing they are vampires, etc. I'm suprised you aren't familiar with this. :)
I am also familiar with the Dark Ages stuff, though that was all 2nd edition, and I don't really know much about the new Requiem line and if they even have a take on Medieval ages yet. So yeah, hearing "world of darkness" definitely has my interest, all my PnP experience is actually with that and almost none with D&D. Plus Trokia did a real kickass job with the recent vampire game so that rekindled my interest. :)
How far along are you on this module? Is this close to being released or is stuff still in the concept stages? Are you even say somewhat lacking in certain areas and would be interested in help or do you think you got things under wraps?
LOL. I guess you're right, but then again since I wouldn't really compose my own music, anything I would have used would have been a copyright infringment.
Anyway, I'm not making any money out of this so for someone to take an interest into the copyright thing would be rather dumb.
Anyway, the characters play vampires. It's made for my upcoming campaign on NWC - Vampire: The Prophecy
The setting is a take on World of Darkness, but set in Dark Ages. :)
What's the LARPer crowd?

Nicely put together, makes me look forward to the module.

Ah gimmie a break, there's infringements all over in this thing. (Excalibur music? And where did those CGI vamp animations come from?) Not that it matters really!
Very nice video, looking forward to this module. Though at this point I'm still unclear whether you fight the vampire or you *are* the vampire. :)
"Vampire: *The Prophecy*, come experience the "World of Darkness", is this set in or related to White Wolf's Vampire games? Or are you just trying to surrepititiously suck up the goth LARPer crowd? ;)

I'm sorry, what copyright infringement are you reffering to? I assume you are referring to the image posted here, cause otherwise anything else is freely distributed and did not contain a warning about copyright.
The image here, however, was found on the net a while back and I saved it cause I wanted to make myself a portrait. If you're the owner and want it removed, send me an email to [email protected]
