This is my first tutorial. It gives you a step-by-step of how to make realistic looking scales on your texures/skins, and some basic tips of shading a model with greyscale, and applying colour overlays. This isn't for total beginners, you need to have a fair udnerstanding of your paint software to begin with, but is a useful tutorial for peole with basic experience looking to get to a new level of detail. By the end of this tutorial you too should be able to make a floaty eyeball thing as pictured above.
