Sorry my english is really bad. I hope some here can speak german a little bit, because the .chm file is german.
Ok, now the description: It�s a html help file which contains many scripts sorted after individual categories like "NPC --> Walk" eg. If you speak english fine i think you don�t need it, because the vault has enough nice scripts :).
