Tutorial on how to create custom Soundsets for your PC, Henchman, NPC's and Monsters. Also has other info on what sounds to use and a test script to test your custom soundset sounds with.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 6 that made this score of 6.83 then rounded to 7.

Hi,
Yep..but I have yet to see a custom PC voiceset in a
module's hak file to be able to be selected in the
character select screen for that module.

If the char is created in the module, the Hakpak is loaded
in char-creation, custom heads for example work the same
way. I don't know, what happens when you take a char with
custom heads/voice/etc. into a module without the hakpak.
Probably it would crash the game so the character would be
confined to modules with the hakpak.

heads up..truly new custom PC soundsets are impossible to
have in the game as the module information for it isnt
loaded at character select screen. You can override already
existing ones though.
Henchmen and NPCs *can* have truly new voicesets though.
