It's a Neverwinter Nights Log Rotator. It copies and dates logs for NWN so you don't lose them.
It's better than the Gnomish Log Rotator, because I made it.
You'll need WinRAR to unzip the file, after which you'll find a .txt file containing some more detailed info and a .bat file, which you should put in your NWN folder.
