This converts pictures to portraits for your game yippe, this browses through a load of files, browse to the photo you want and click it, purple means usable, yellow means another derectory and grey means non usable.
You don't need this. Just place a JPG file into the portraits folder, then press the ~ button three times and type in ConvPortrait "filename" without quotations and extension. _________________________ No, I am NOT a Lotus Assassin! Thank you for this contribution.
There's a few issue though:
- portraits TGA are with an alpha channel, wich is a waste of 20% size as alpha's serve nothing with portraits.
- this add white artefacts on some pure black images zones
- the 3D interface, while a nice effect, is way too dark and painfully slow to use. Also I didn't find a way to select more than one image at once.
All in all its pretty good to use for 1 or 2 portraits in a while, but not to do a lot at once.
