Weird, I could swear this was put out a long time ago under a different author. The "last modified" date on the .exe is 8/19/2003 and the "About/Help" inside the program says it was developed by "Shadow Sygon" under "Goth Girl Inc."
So are you the original author or just reposting this for the community? You should be more up front about it, especially if you are just resubmitting work done by someone else.
The file itself still gets a solid 10.0 vote, because it's very easy to use and intuitive.

Thanks - I am just starting to learn modding and this renewed my interest and was easy to understand and use.

Hey this is a nifty little app! This might be useful for making items and such without having to consult the color token guide every 5 seconds. ;-D
