Several people have asked for it again and so since I have tons of old NWN (this one included) i figured I would re-submit this here so it will be available for everyone.
it provides the user with a conversation editor outside the NWN1 toolset. further it allows you to run the conversation as though you were speaking to the NPC in game. NWN1 is not require as this is a self contained program.
