This small utility allows players to switch between overrides and / or dialog.tlk
You can connect to your module with the direct IP, and launch whatever NWN program you want.
It's very easy to use and to install.
I've done it for the players of my PW, to allow them to play other modules easily, without having each time to remove files from their NWN Directory.
It has been done with Visual Basic express 2005.
So, to use it you'll need Windows (XP works fine, Vista should also work, 98 not sure ... ) and also .Net Frameworks 2.0 or 3.5
Hum, yes. You're right.
In fact, I just wanted to indicate that to be able to connect as a DM, you would have to use the nwn.main button, and I thought the name of the control itself was explicit enough.
And maybe a kind of laziness has something to do about it also ... (^_^)'

The only oddity I noticed is when you hover over the 'Connect as DM' box it displayes the 'You can connect directly to your favorite server using a direct IP and Password (optional) by clicking on nwmain.exe' text display that the Direct Connect and Password boxes gives. Everything works good though.

Very nice work! I like the Mage vs Warrior background, it brought back some fond memories from my gaming days. My players are sure to appreciate this alot.

Oh, I'm using .Net Framekork 2.0 and the program seems to be running fine.

I think it's worth a translation. It's hands down one of the best things for NWN that's ever been created. It's the closest thing to getting haks to load at startup and it's so SIMPLE to use. Personally I'm not a Star Wars fan, so just for looks a fantasy-oriented or just a plain blackground is more preferable, or even the ability to choose a background. Just my own personal suggestions, your program works great as is, I just can't understand non-english.

If this gets english notations I would use it for my own PW for my players as well. Maybe something more fantasy-oriented for the background too. It is a very good concept and much-needed since NWN doesn't load haks during character creation, now you can have new feats and skills at character creation with this!
