the icons will looks much better if they will more transparent? I don't think so.

If you want a GUI overhaul that's completely transparent, colours nearly everything and all icons.. try looking for Aenea's / Amethyst Dragon's Transparent GUI.. if you want a complete WoW GUI this is great work to start from ..
