TLK editor for versions from 1 to 4.

Nice utility, worth using for the export/import text functions alone!
A few (minor) issues I've noticed so far (using with NWN1):
- Exported tlk entries aren't formatted too well (at least when saved as .txt files and viewed with Notepad), and there's no spacing between exported entries (they just start on a new line, which makes the resulting text a bit muddled).
- There's no "undo" function.
