Simple and quick program that can input include to every script you want. This program is related to THIS entry.
It works within current directory and only for .nss files. So copy it eg. to temp0 folder and launch it. Note that you can input name of your include file.
Then every file will have in top this line:
#include "your_include"
Only Windows, created in Visual Basic.
UPDATE: If any script already contain such include, it won't be changed!
