This is just a simple little instructional guide on how to give a little "color" to your campaigns.
Like Diablo 1 & 2, World of Warcraft, & many other MMO type games, they use a color scheme to express how powerful their items are through the color of the item's names.
Well, now you can do that too.
This little pack will show you how to add colored item names to your game, so that you can separate your powerful items by color... just like all the others. ;-)
** This can also be applied to things in the toolset OTHER than items... such as your areas, quests, factions, & more. If you have an area that is strictly NON-PvP, then you could make that area's title green, (for example).
Nearly anything in the toolset that has a title or text that you can edit, (including creatures), can have a color "coding".

I have included this little manual, (in pdf format), in my Developer's Companion v1. Thank you for your continued suggestions, support, & votes.
Sorry to say i don't get it at all... I'm trying to work it out using the table but none of the examples seem to connect or make any sense... That's probably because i'm dumb as*bleep*e... But would like to see examples of colours, pre transposed into code so i can copy/paste...

A decent manual. I usually just write them up as NWN Books in game =) _________________________ The VIVE NWN Project.

Ya, it is... but I guess that I like this system better than a script based system, because in either case, you have to do a lot of typing, (rather it's writing the script or "coping & pasting symbols", for the item names). And ya, it does take a little bit of work... but the way I do it seems to work quite efficiently.
I'll put together an item list of items that I want in by PW & associate them by "quality" or purpose, then, (in the toolset), create all the items from one type / quality at a time...... this way, I only have to "control c" (copy) a set of symbols once for each type of item I make.
And in the long run, it really doesn't take me any longer to make items than what it normally would. ;-) _________________________ My Vault Submissions
