This is an updated Troll for NWN. It only takes 'real' damage from Acid/Fire and regens the rest. It can be knocked down, but only killed by Fire/Acid damage. The file overwrites nw_c2_default7 file, so if you are using a custom one, please be carefull.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 2 that made this score of 6.00 then rounded to 6.

Again, quick and painful, people have trolls in the module, we dont need another worthless little graphically challanged dingbat sprinting around.

Sedmire, read the section at the front of the book where it
describes the special quality Regeneration. You cannot
kill trolls any way at all.

trastus erf documents are files exported from a module so
open the toolset and a module, click file then import and
select the erf file you want to import, some import a
whole area while other just import custom creatures,
scripts and so on

Too bad it's not 3E rules. You can kill trolls any way at
all, they just dont regen fire/acid. That's all.

Well it does use nw_c2_default7 becuse of the fact that it
is based on the HCR ruleset. And it contains a modified
version of the XP system, so when the Troll get's knocked
down, you won't get XP until you kill him with Fire/Acid.
ERF is a Exported version of something from a mod, it
contains the scripts and stuff needed by the Troll. Just
import it into your module.

First, why does it overwrite the nw_c2_default7 file?
Shouldn't it use another name than the default name NWN
use?
Regarding how to use the .erf - just open your module in
the Toolset, go to the File menu, select Import, and
select the .erf. It will now be selectable as a custom
monster blueprint.

Forgive my ignorance, but how do I use this file? Do I
simply double click and it does it's thing? Is erf a
archive extension? Do I put this in a certain location.
Thanks for the info..I am glad someone did this, I lived
with the trolls we had, but I like the old trolls
better. :)
