Known Issues: Copy and Paste of Elements does not copy LIST and CAPREF Items, copies an empty list Saving with an empty CAPREF causes a GPF, however saving with an empty list is fine. Beta 8 Completed Using Edit data item to convert to LIST or CAPREF gives garbage data. Fixed GPF when adding a new element or LIST containing STRING or RESREF data Would prefer if code changes were emailed to me so we can keep a master copy of all improvements, but its open so hack at it.

This seems to be a decent tool for small-scale work.
But if I try to modify lots of different entries in one session, it changes *all* the ones I modified to the last one I modified. So I have to open-change-save, open-change-save, ad infinitum. Not especially convenient.

This utility likes to close every time you go to save your work, making it frustrating and time wasting to use. To make matters worse, it corrupted all my itp files so the BioWare GFF Editor couldn't open them any more. I would advise all palette editors to stick with the BioWare utility and avoid this tool until it is fixed. _________________________ Realms Of Destiny PW

david, you can easily make an item on toolset setting up its properties, appearence, etc. just launch nwn, and go to toolset

greetings due to the extreemly slow 64K modem connectin I am forced to use due to antiquatid phonelines here, I MUST contact you in this manner inhopes of obtaining some assistance since it is cheapwer to call long distance international, than browse your website, my apologies from the get go...
the NWN Leto modification software has been of great help to me in gertting my wife interested in computer gaming.
However I have ran into a snag that i am hopeful you will be able to assist me with.
I would like to know of Leto is able too and if so how, (baby steps please I am no comp whiz)my wife keeps finding these plus 1, 2 and even a +3 longsword at times in treasure. Hopwever, she is set up to use rapiers as she thought they looked more ladylike.
how could I transform one of these longswords into a rapier for her?
any and all assistance would be appreciated, mind you I am no hacker nor programer, as such why I wondered if this could be done using leto program.

This tool was certainly useful when first released, although it has limitations that prevent it from being fully functional. The BioWare GFF editor is more reliable and has rendered this program obsolete. I give this tool a 7 because it is a decent tool but definitely not the best ITP file editing tool available.

Hail! The BioWare GFF editor is a more reliable solution to ITP file editing, since it is the tool used by BioWare to create and modify ITP files. This tool was appreciated when it was first released, but it is now obsolete and has not been supported or modified for years.

i've used this a lot for about six months(tileset work), without a hitch. never had any corruption problems. crashes are rare. it smells spring fresh, and i didn't have to pay for it.

This is a peice of junk. Everytime i use it it shuts down on me after doing something important. If any one knows the solution or the problem post me or something. Otherwise this is a piece of junk.

The "corruption" that has been associated with Leto is actually a residual left over from an NWN bug. It does not exist in the Beta of v4. (Note: The v4 beta is not available on the vault because it is still only beta.)

This was the only working ITP tool I found, and once you get used to using it, it works great! Never had a problem with it. Thanks!

Mixed feelings about this tool. It's useful for viewing my itp files and making very small changes, but it has got a lot of annoying little bugs that make large scale editing difficult. But beggars can't be choosers and I'm very happy to at least have this much.
