ITPTool is a conversion of the ITPTool project, available from this web site, into a COM object for displaying character information on the web. Examples have been provided for ASP, Cold Fusion, and .NET (Both in C# and VB and as a Web Service.) Sorry no Java, COM in Java is too much of a pain.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 3 that made this score of 6.33 then rounded to 6.

It is a COM object for use on the web. It's main purpose
is to display dynamic character information on the web. I
do have plans to implement modifying the content. Just
haven't had the time to do so.

What is great about this is not that it is a ITP tool but
that it is a COM object. COM objects can be "dropped" into
many different programming languages with very little work.
This is something that I was really hopeing for. I'd like
to write some applications that edit teh ITP files but I
don't want to write all the ITP interface stuff.
Glenn: Do you have any plans on adding a write and editing
functions so that your COM can edit ITP files in addition
to reading them. If so it would be very very usefull.
I'm still waiting for someone to make NWNViewer into a COM.

OK, ITP tool sounds nice, but what it is purpose, or
waht is special with it compared to ITPtool0.8 ?
Or is it just a web application ?
Sorry for sounding dumb, but I have no idea what this
is supposed to do.
