These files contain all the creature names, resref's, and CR's. There is also all the item names and resref's in a file. These are current as of HoTU w/1.59 patch.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 2 that made this score of 5.50 then rounded to 6.

This has the information I'm looking for, but it's organized really badly. The single-column layout is difficult to read and the categories aren't consistent.
