This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 4 that made this score of 8.75 then rounded to 9.

I'm having trouble with the PHB.
When I open it in Adobe Acrobat it displays the error
message "Could not find the Colour space named Cs8"
when I click OK it displays "This file contains information
not understood by the viewer. Supreress further errors?"
Whether I click yes or no it loads up with complete black
on the first page the all the other page have no writing,
or very,very faded writing on. Occasionlly on some of the
pages an image is shown in full.
Does anyone know how to deal with this?

Try right click and save target as....
Then open it in Adobe Acrobat from your machine

hmm for some reason i can't download this.. i have cable
and i click dl file but it just doesn't do anything
