Excellent tool. Would be a perfect 10 if it were updated for expansion packs and CEP. Great work!

This may have something to do with either the CEP or SOU or HOU updates? I went into "loadscreen.2da" and renumbered my 3 custom loadscreens to 997,998,999. Then they worked fine when I unchecked "Use Random Loading Screen" and "Tileset" on the Loading Screen tab under Edit/Area Properties/Advanced/Loading Screen in the toolset.

Also I tried some pictures which are already in an other loadscreen hak (which works , it's the Saphrine loadscreen hak founded here on the vault).. and the tool didn't detected them either... I'm using Excel 2003??
I have problems with some screenshoots been accepted by your tool. You say the screenshots from the game are accepted by the tool... but I need to resize them to: 738X251... I tried different aplications to do than.. but nothing works :( ... I asked what did you used?
Thanks
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 4 that made this score of 8.50 then rounded to 9.

Thanks for your opinion. :)
What do you mean by "but the HAK that the tool creates does not seem to be accepted by the toolkit"? What's happened exactly?

Great tool, but I am having some problems getting the HAK packs to work correctly. The images and the 2DA are created fine, but the HAK that the tool creates does not seem to be accepted by the toolkit.
If I take the TGAs and the 2DA that your tool creates and create the HAK pack manually, it works fine.
It's not a big deal since the splitting and re-sizing of the targa files was the annoying part of the process, and your tool does that VERY well.
I'm running SoU 1.32.
