Second set of fixes and updates to Nordock PR 1.70 from Richterm's Retreat. Includes, spell tracking, spell fixes, inclusion of SoU spells in UMD, eliminates a merchant exploit, fixes ats forges for player houses, fixes page changing on bulletin board and gives DMs ability to remove posts, and several more. For full details see readme.txt.

This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 2 that made this score of 6.00 then rounded to 6.

The apelltracking doesnt seem to work, all spells are refilled on relog. All changes were made as the readme said. Any idea?
