This tall software will allow you to convert a bitmap file to a targa file to use it as a portrait for Neverwinter. It's made in delphi so you do not need any dll. Aniway, if my software do not work on your PC, please alert me.

I am sorry to say the program only worked for me up to a point. When I try to load a saved game, the game crashes. Hopefully, this bug can be ironed out.

This is so simple I did not think it was working until I checked my portraits folder to find the ready to use portraits. Brillant. Just what I have been searching for over the last two months.

I'm surprised at the low rating, as this worked perfectly for me. Recommended for easy portrait-making.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 6 that made this score of 5.33 then rounded to 5.

I'd like to add another thing! Yall are stupid! It's mainly that you corrupted the file! Baldurin doesn't need to make any changes i've made alot of portraits with his program! and they run fine! give him a break! If you don't believe me just go speak with bioware about it! and Great Program too!

The Huge size tga file doesnt seem to come out for me. Its
appears to be all lines running verticlly.

poster wanted to know if your program is a simple BMP to
Targa converter or if it takes one picture, resizes it to
the four sizes and converts them.
