Have you ever wondered just what the B-Zillion scripts are that you can change in the 'Creature Properties Scripts', like nw_c2_default8 or nw_d1_j_story06 ? Rather than checking them out one at a time in the ToolSet, here is a complete listing of the Script Name, Description (where available), and the actual Script itself. This document will have to be uploaded in several parts due the unwieldly size it is developing into. This is Part 1, and includes all the scripts from NW_02_* through NW_C2_WNSHOUT8. I'll upload the aditional Parts as I get them formatted. This is a WORD 2000 (Office XP) document, and contains a linked Table of Contents for easy navigating.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 5 that made this score of 7.60 then rounded to 8.

I thank you for taking the time to catalog functions in
order that idiots like me may learn how to use them
quicker. Some people are correct, however. It would be
nice if this file was saved as pdf, rtf, or some
universally-usable file. Thanks

A better solution would be to convert them to PDF format
than leaving them in WordXP.

I probably should have mentioned in the File Description
that I don't recommend users to print out this entire file
unless you have a couple of reams of paper, several extra
black cartridges and a lot of printer time. This project
looks like it will result in hundreds of pages of text.
Print ONLY the Table of Contents. Use it to find the script
you are looking for. CTRL+Click on the script name in the
onscreen TOC, and there you are.
Enjoy

Could someone please down-convert these files to Word97 or
Word95 format. I don't think I'm alone in not having the
lasest versions, or just plain refusing to waste half a gig
of diskspace for 3 new functions.

As one who scours the built-in NWScripts trying to either
re-use them or just study them for techniques this will
save me hours of time!
Thanks, Roger!

Now this is nice! Wow, thank you very much! There are lots
of things already scripted in the Bioware scripts that we
can reuse, but - until now - we had no easy way to find
what script did what. I will be using these docs a lot!
