Hiya - I'm trying to make a female PC soundset as the NVN ones are all "posh-girl" sounding and lame to boot. I downloaded your editor but can't get it to work. Double clicking and strating from prompt with both options mentioned above don't seem to help.
If you can think of anything I would appreciate it as these rubbish female character voices are driving me nuts.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 2 that made this score of 8.00 then rounded to 8.

If you're having trouble starting this, you might want to change this:
java SSFEditor
to this:
java -classpath . SSFEditor
in SSFEditor.bat. This seems to avoid the NoClassDefFoundError on startup for some people.

Hi,
Yep..but I have yet to see a custom PC voiceset in a
module's hak file to be able to be selected in the
character select screen for that module.
I have heard from the custom content guide author..forget
name that bioware will not implement this.
I suppose this is for character exporting purposes?

Actually, you can, you just have to put the files in the
override directory prior to making your character. Then
you can remove them if you wish. Since Bioware has taken
all the files out of the override directory, now you don't
even have to back them up!

heads up..truly new custom PC soundsets are impossible to
have in the game as the module information for it isnt
loaded at character select screen. You can override already
existing ones though.
Henchmen and NPCs *can* have truly new voicesets though.
