Well people, this is the one thing that made me famous amongst the arena servers. Basically, my Insta Rest is used by many server and has been called the 'Perfect Heal' because it allows the player to heal and recharge spells almost instantly while still not allowing the player to heal in combat. In this zip, I have 5 types of duration changes. 1: 3/4 Rest 2: Half Rest 3: 1/4 Rest 4: Sygon's Insta Rest 5: True Insta rest. This makes things much more simple. I was the first, and always will be.

Very handy. Resting takes so long at higher levels it seems like a waste of time.

THe people have spoken, i never said that i was gifted at file editing, i am a rather good scripter, other than that, I just want the credit for being the first (As zergling has said as well as i). The post will be removed at a later date

Indeed it *is* a silly claim to make. Besides, it's no big deal, being just some values in an obvious file called "restduration.2da" in nwn source folder. "gifted in file editing"? Come on! You're gifted in file editing if you can open notepad. A classic case of illusions of grandeur. Over something that insignificant too.

Sygon really was the first. I'm a longtime PvPer that most.. well, longtime PvPers know. I personally experienced the original insta-rest 2da changes quite a long time ago. I'm glad that Sygon has decided to release this to people who aren't as gifted in file editing.

First off, i was the first, i made the original last november, from there it was spread server to server, i never made an official post for it. Any arena server that uses insta rest is using my version of it, It was originaly developed because arena servers used to have to use some type of placeable to heal people and they abused its power in battle. As a result, i developed insta rest. After i made it, i intended to keep it to my self untill someone else released it. Later that week, An arena server called fight club got my version of insta rest. I then in order to keep them from claiming credit, sent it to multiple servers. from there it spread, i was the original creator.

You aren't the first to do restduration.2DA changes. I released one back on june 7th, and even then it was old news.
