The patch now alters some other fonts such as menu etc... Please give me some feedback. Also, I would like to thank DiffEq for helping test this as I have seen so much NWN font that I think I will dream about it tonight.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 7 that made this score of 3.85 then rounded to 4.

OK... After more extensive testing I agree with
Monkeylord. This is a real POS when you look past the
surface.
However, until Bioware does something, this is the only
attempt I am aware of, so if anyone has any ideas, please
build on it.
I have a feeling that a lot of the txi files for the GUI
will need modifying and perhaps some of the other tgas to
get a fully working version.
I have exhausted my very limited talent, so please feel
free to take off where I gave up.

This makes the font uglier and bigger. But it also loses
the font completely when you hover the mouse cursor over a
number of items. So its not really worth trying.

I have had a few complaints that the patch has some
problems, so please don't expect perfection... just bigger
font.
