A few good ideas for magical torture, but really I think repeated will saves isn't sutable for torture since if youre torturing people in 20 steps, chances are youre going to get a critical failure are 64%.
I'd say it has to come down to a DM's judgement call, since some torture methods are more horific than others, all a matter of leverage, inteligence, will, stamina...
