Module Updater is a tool that allows you to easily add player based haks to modules. This reads a .hif file, and adds the contents of that file to the selected modules. If there is a conflict with content in the module, it will automatically attempt to merge the haks and tlks to allow everything to function properly.
A sample .hif file is provided in the RAR. Hifs can be opened with notepad, textpad, or any text editor.
REQUIRES version 1.1 of the Microsoft .NET Framework, available through Windows Update.
Giantkin, It is still a no-go, there are 2 "combined" tlks. One is CEP+CRAP, the other is CEP+PRC. If you add +blocked+ on the CEP+PRC it does not fix issues. If you add PRC on top of the CEP+CRAP, it also doesn't work. I don't know how to make a combined .tlk, while changing all references within the relevant .hak to point to the correct "new lines". One worrisome thing is that not only names of some items become blank, but some appearances become illegal. Namely the fashion custom items and the trident weapons disappear in both cases.

While testing some new mods with the CEP 1.51 version I noticed that some Merchants when there store is opened the game crashes. The problem seems to be related to the Throwable weapons like Thunderstone,Acid Flask, Fire bomb, etc. When I reverted to the CEP pack 1.50 the problem was resolved. However if I would remove these items from the store with 1.51 installed and re-added them the crash would still occur. If you edit one of those objects it will say that the item has more than its max spell limit which is 0. I could see how this could cause a problem. Has anyone else noticed this? It looks like the problem is related to the 2da changes in the CEP pack. Haven't Tried to fix them myself yet but its getting to that point.

Hey, bleedingedge, I need a helping hand. It works great for most custom content, but for some reason the C.R.A.P. + CEP + PRC combination fails. I mean, C.R.A.P. have a tlk that is based off a combination of their content and CEP. Same goes for PRC "complete". But if you try to combine C.R.A.P. and PRC, the tlks add up, the haks are combined and some CEP items happily disappear, others no longer have visual models and there apear blanks in the items lists. Any idea as to how this could be resolved?Hope is the denial of reality. But what is reality without a hope of changing it for the better? I tried this out and so far it works great. Thank you, sir, for making the process much easier. To be honest I had no idea how to make all the mods I want to play CEP-compatible, this makes it a breeze! to Joker: To use this you must have custom content installed, like the Community Expansion Pack. Be sure to read the readme file for instructions, and be sure to use the window version rather than the command line version. Select the custom content u want to apply to a mod, then select the mod you want to apply it to.

Well, I just posted that Cep.hif file that has CEP 1.50. I hope it gets uploaded soon, so everyone is happy. Just install the CEP 1.50 *before* you install PRC 2.2 or later, otherwise it may go wrong. Any thanks should go to Bleedingedge, who made the hifs first, and yay - they are easy to make. :)Hope is the denial of reality. But what is reality without a hope of changing it for the better? Getting this to work with Mono on Linux / Mac would get me to rate a ten.

I get the same error with nwn 1.65, but maybe due to having no .NET framework installed? ;)
