3.3 has been released, bringing with it the Tome of Battle, the most complex addition to the PRC ever. Sporting three new base classes, over 200 new maneuvers, a new magical system designed exclusively for the melee classes, it completely rewrites how melee combat takes place in Neverwinter. Also included are three prestige classes and a pile of feats for the discerning initiator.
We have added over 60 general feats, ranging from race specific content for our new races, such as Heavy Lithoderms for the Goliath, to feats that augment leadership scores or spellcasting traits. There are also a whole slew of new Vile feats for those evil enough to take them. Many of these feats focus upon spells from a single school of magic, boosting a caster who chooses to specialize in that area.
Finally, we have spent a great deal of time and effort optimizing the internal systems of the PRC, making it the fastest and most bug-free PRC yet. Time to load has been reduced, allowing faster access to the best the PRC has to offer.
3.2 has been released, bringing with it a whole passel of new content, including the Dragon Adept, the Warlock, and more than 10 other prestige classes. Also in the release are more than 100 new races, piles of new feats, new spells, and heavy optimization of all of the PRC. Crafting has been expanded and improved to coincide with the release of the Warlock. Psionics and Truenaming has also been improved and upgraded.
This release brings the PRC over 150 total classes, as well as 150 races and 1000 spells. In other news, we have removed the Archer class, and replaced it with the Bowman, a class better suited to NWN. Finally, we are calling this the "Dragon" release, due to the 8 Dragon oriented classes in it.
PRC 3.1 is here, with 7 new base classes, including Truenaming, an entirely new magical system. To go along with that, there are over 150 new spells for the Good and Evil casters among us, including the Corrupt and Exalted spells for those of extreme alignments. On top of that, there is complete, PnP Crafting, allowing mages to enhance any piece of magical armour they come across, create any weapon, or forge rings that boost their powers.
The PRC now stands at 126 classes, 60+ Epic spells, 300+ new spells, several hundred new feats, 60+ new races, Psionics, Truenaming, PnP Crafting, Spellbooks, Domains, 2 Character Creators, and a host of other goodies for players and builders alike.
The PRC Server Pack 1.7 has been updated with a plugin that removes inventory lag entirely. This is highly recommended for any PRC using PW out there.
All users should read the manual, either the online or downloadable version, before using the PRC.

Thanks! Great docs :)

ETA on when a 'fixed' manual (the base/prestige classes are missing, etc.) will be available for download? Thanks!

Useful for guidance in using the PRC materials, but it would be more useful if it had two alterations:
1) Make the "this is a computer" sections skippable for more experienced users, and
2) Include pointers to more in-depth treatments of various topics, where they are available. For instance, a pointer to tutorials on how to add a new race or class would be very useful.

The manual is over 10000 pages total, printing it out would be rather expensive. _________________________ Head of the Player Resource Consortium http://www.nwnprc.com
Maybe I'm missing something but there doesn't seem to be a manual out there that you can print off? It will take quite a bit of reading to figure this system out and a pdf would be nice (easy on the graphics though)
Cheers

Not so much lost as gone. The corrupter was never finished as a class due to the coder working on it leaving the PRC, and thus was not released. _________________________ Head of the Player Resource Consortium http://www.nwnprc.com
Excellent work on PrC in general and 3.0 in particular.
However, the manual seems to have lost the Corrupter base class. Is it deprecated?

I'd like to know what kind of AC bonus the iajutsu master gains from his intelligence. I'd like to know if there's a chance of it being lost to a touch attack or being caught flat-footed.

Heya,
I'm glad I found this document as it made some of my referencing easy. That being said, I have one minor gripe. Could you list what spells are available to the classes in the classes' page? ie, rangers have what kind of spells available at lvl 1 of their spellbook. This is because there are some new spells that are included in PRC and it would be a lot easier to check instead of taking a look at all the spells and writing it down somewhere else what spells the ranger have at lvl 1 of their spellbook (or 2 or whatever).

- Weapon Proficiency (Simple): All rakshasa are proficient with simple weapons.
- Weapon Proficiency (Martial): All rakshasa are proficient with simple weapons.
The martial weapon description has "...with simple weapons." Should read "...with martial weapons."
Great, wonderful, magical and bloody awesome thing the PRC! I love it to pieces! Many, many thanks to all the PRC team!
Now the autogenerated docs should be working properly, though some bits of information are still missing since they are scripted (and thus cant be autogenerated easily).
Now that 2.2a is out, these docs will be updated with the hi-tech automaticallly generated docs within the next few days.

Superb. The documentation for the PRC has often been criticised, but this puts all to rights, and more.

Heya Primo... you managed to finish these up then? (Been away for a fair while... :( )
Excellent! Looking forward to trying out 2.1 (last time I used the PRC pack was during the beta, unfortunately)

Updated to v1.1 to include PRC2.1d information as well as BAB and saves summaries.
Mika: This is something the PRC itself needs to put into the tlk files. I think this is being done for 2.2 at which point I will put it straight into the docs.
Maybe you could add a quick note for each class saying which ones have an epic progression and which one haven't. For example :
-This class doesn't have an epic progression because it's not a 10 level class
-This class doesn't have an epic progression because it's a template class
-This class doesn't have an official (WotC) epic progression
-This class doesn't have an epic progression as for now but will probaly have
-This class doesn't have an epic progression and there is no work done in that direction
-This class has a full-made epic progression
We're using the PRC v2.1 in a module we're playing right now and are very glad to see this documentation! It answers, well, most of our questions, anyway. :)
I do have an issue though, and I'm not sure if it should go here or elsewhere, but this seems like a good enough place. The new feat "Intuitive Attack" states that it works for all 'simple' and 'natural' weapons, but you might want to mention in the documentation that it doesn't work for unarmed strike, as I attempted to use it with my monk, and it did not alter her unarmed strike attack, but it did alter the attack bonus if she used a dagger.
I don't know if that's a bug with the implementation of the feat, or if it's working as intended, but I felt it was a little unclear from the feat description and that either way it should be brought to someone's attention.
Thanks for the great work! :D
